Weekly pool service in West Palm Beach

El Cid, Flamingo Park, SoSo and Northwood through to the western suburbs. The biggest city in the county, and the widest range of pools in it.

A 1925 courtyard pool and a 2015 screened pool are not the same job

West Palm covers more ground than anywhere else we work. The historic districts are full of 1920s homes on tight lots where the pool was fitted into a courtyard, and the western neighborhoods are conventional suburban pools with modern equipment.

The old ones are the interesting problem. Narrow side gates, no vehicle access, mature trees hanging directly over the water, and equipment tucked into a space it was never really designed to sit in. It takes longer and it needs someone who has done it before. We quote those pools on what they actually take rather than on square footage.

Service checklist

  • Skimmed, brushed and vacuumed
  • Skimmer and pump baskets emptied
  • Filter pressure checked — 14 psi, normal
  • 1 lb stabilizer, 2 tabs added

Note from your technician

“Stabilizer was running low so I brought it back up. Everything else looked good — nothing you need to do.”

What West Palm pools need

Access, in the historic districts

El Cid and Grandview lots are tight. A narrow gate changes what equipment can reach the pool and how long a filter clean takes, and it belongs in the quote rather than as a surprise later.

Heavy organic load

Mature oaks and ficus over a courtyard pool drop constantly. That is a chemistry problem as much as a skimming problem, because organics eat chlorine.

Two different equipment eras

Downtown pools often run patched decades-old equipment; the western neighborhoods run modern variable-speed pumps and automation. We log the pad either way so you know what you actually have.

What it costs

West Palm has the widest price spread of any city we cover, because a courtyard pool in El Cid and a screened pool off Okeechobee are genuinely different amounts of work.

Weekly plans start at $129 a month. On the older historic-district pools we would rather look at it than quote blind, and that visit costs you nothing.

Prices shown are starting prices for a standard residential pool on a weekly route. Every account is subject to a price quote by a technician or at the point of sale - pool size, surface, equipment, screen enclosure and tree cover all move the number. We quote before we service, and the quote is the price.

Do you cover the historic districts?

Yes. El Cid, Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights, Northwood and SoSo. Those pools take longer because of access and tree cover, which is reflected in the quote rather than discovered later.

How much is pool service in West Palm Beach?

Plans start at $129 a month for weekly service on a standard residential pool, and every account is subject to a price quote by a technician or at the point of sale.

Our pool is under heavy tree cover. Does that cost more?

Usually a little, yes. Constant organic load uses up chlorine faster and adds time to every visit. We would rather price it honestly than quote low and cut the visit short.
