Weekly pool service in Riviera Beach
Singer Island on one side of the Intracoastal and the mainland neighborhoods on the other. Two genuinely different pool markets sharing a city line.
The bridge divides the job
Singer Island pools are oceanfront: open to the sky, exposed to constant salt and wind, and often attached to buildings with their own access rules. The mainland neighborhoods are older, more modest, and inland enough that salt stops being the main variable.
Treating those as one service is how island pools end up with corroded equipment nobody warned the owner about, and how mainland customers end up paying for attention their pool does not need. We quote the two sides separately and service them differently, and the report tells you what happened at your pool specifically.

The dip on 14 July was a heavy-use week after the holiday. It recovered on its own by the next visit, so nothing was dosed.

Drifting up is normal on a plaster pool. Small acid doses on 21 and 28 July held it mid-band rather than chasing it from one end to the other.

Alkalinity is what keeps pH from swinging. Holding it near the middle of the band is why the pH line above stays flat.

Stabilizer is what stops the sun burning off your chlorine. It had drifted down to 49 through splash-out and rain, so 1 lb went in on this visit.
Service checklist
- Skimmed, brushed and vacuumed
- Skimmer and pump baskets emptied
- Filter pressure checked — 14 psi, normal
- 1 lb stabilizer, 2 tabs added
Note from your technician
“Stabilizer was running low so I brought it back up. Everything else looked good — nothing you need to do.”
What Riviera Beach pools need
Salt exposure on the island
Oceanfront equipment corrodes years earlier than inland. We photograph the pad so you can watch it rather than hear about it once a heater fails.
Building access and scheduling
Singer Island properties often need scheduled access and building coordination. Give us the requirements up front and we work to them.
Straightforward mainland pools
The mainland neighborhoods are ordinary residential pools and should be priced like it. No reason for island economics to leak across the bridge.
What it costs
Riviera Beach prices in two bands. Singer Island oceanfront pools sit higher, because salt genuinely means more dosing and closer equipment attention. Mainland pools price like any other residential pool.
Weekly plans start at $129 a month. Tell us which side of the Intracoastal you are on and we can be fairly precise on the phone.
Prices shown are starting prices for a standard residential pool on a weekly route. Every account is subject to a price quote by a technician or at the point of sale - pool size, surface, equipment, screen enclosure and tree cover all move the number. We quote before we service, and the quote is the price.
Pool service in Riviera Beach
Do you service Singer Island condo properties?
Yes. Many need scheduled access and building coordination, so tell us the building's requirements at the quote and we work to them from the first visit.
Why would an island pool cost more than a mainland one?
Constant salt and wind move the chemistry between visits and corrode equipment far faster. That is more dosing, more testing and closer attention to the pad, and it should be priced honestly rather than hidden.
